W510 2nd Hardrive Not Recognized in Boot

I picked up a 12.7mm hardrive caddy from ebay and installed a 2nd Solid State Drive in there.
Tried booting up but it doesn't recognize the drive at all..
Sata CDROM works fine, but not the caddy..

Any Ideas?
