First off, out of the box it's almost hard to tell the difference between the aside from the silver top.

I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting the silver metallic top like in the Latitude 13 and M6500. What you get a basically a silver top with black accents in it. (See pictures)

As you get closer you can see they re molded the bottom part of the palmrest to be more rounded and smooth. The Screen release button is now easier to press along with the SD card being more accessible.

They re-located the ambient sensor to the top of the LCD and added bumpers on the LCD frame and on the actual base of the LCD to prevent scratching. There is now a dual array microphone.

Other details include improved speakers. looks to have added a "tweeter" if you can call it that along with the standard speaker that was on the E6400.

Some of the rubber bumpers are different on the bottom of the laptop.

The wireless switch is now easy to move because the plastic slider was re-designed. The rest of the palmrest plastics are matte finish like the updated E6400.

Other than that performance is on par with a loaded E6400 with a P9700 @ 2.8Ghz.

Boot and shutdown is almost identical. Real world tasks seem to be about the same. I will monitor battery life and do some benchmarks.

One major thing to note is the new version of Latitude Flash is very good.

On the Z600 and other models it was slow and pointless.

This new version for the E6410 is quick and usable since they added a music player and picture viewer, so I would recommend adding it over the reader software version if you have the option.

The browser now supports flash videos and things like Youtube which is a nice addition.
