Bluetooth not working properly

Hi frnds,
I am having Dell INSPIRON N5010 laptop.I have installed bluetooth drivers into my laptop but during installation.These r the errors displayed

1.Bluetooth Pheripheral Device -- Device Unplugged.
2.Bluetooth Pheripheral Device -- Failed.
3.Bluetooth L2CAP Interface -- Ready To Use.
4.Bluetooth Remote Control -- Ready To Use.
.
.
.
.

There r other items which has been installed successfully.The problemis only with 1 & 2.
Pls help me out in solving this ASAP.
