MX518 right click causes mouse aim to move?

When I right click on mx518 (like to aim) when playing any fps games, my aim just suddenly shifts.
But it doesn't happen in windows, the cursor is very steady in windows.

Using win7 x64.
Logitech MX518.
Default windows drivers, never had a problem with them for a long time.

Any ideas whats wrong?
