Earbud headset

I am just curious if there's anything like this.
Been wanting to get a new headset but not like the traditional-padded ear with mic.
I'm trying to find an earbud style like this

but as a set.
One mic/earbud for one ear and another earbud for the other ear.

I'm specifically looking for this kind of design.
Not the typical cellphone usage earbud style with the tiny mic piece on the wire.
