Samsung Qx410 Graphics Upgrade?

Hi, I have a Samsung qx410 and I am very unimpressed with the nvidia 310m's performance on games. It isn't really a graphics card anyway. I heard the qx410 uses an MXM 3.0b type gpu, and I was wondering if i could actually switch the card to this:

or
