Samsung BDP-1600 wireless adapter alternatives?

This Samsung USB WiFi adapter is on sale for $79 dollars!! I love my samsung products and I spend good money on them. I currently purchased a 46" Led model and I could not believe that they are asking for that much money for an item that should have been given for free when spending $2000. I was wondering if there are any other products out there that would do the job without the cost?
